I would expect more people would get upset by the cassette and HG hub body (considering they call it a "NGX" build) but even there, HG body implies that it can be used for an actually affordable drivetrain. XD and Microspline is always going to cost more than you need. If you don't like NX but do like the range, slap Microshift on it and be happy ever after.
What it is, is a bait and switch showing a fox factory 38 fork and then putting a coil fork that only comes with a medium spring in it. and it's $45 to try a different one. And theirs only 4 to choose from.
They're leagues apart in price, performance and adjustments.
