After returning from a severe shoulder injury, will Pinkbike Racing's Jackson Connelly be able to leave his mark and show just what he's capable of on mountain biking's biggest stage before graduating to race against the elite field?

For someone in the know at Pinkbike, has this season delivered enough to have guaranteed the program for next year? Although having seen the racing schedule that seems like three years away.

 I was at Fort Willam thinking the same thing about my son, who thankfully just flatted. I got a little teary hearing his dad on that one and could feel it in the pit of my stomach.

 These deep dives into the team racers is great. I've heard so much about the Jr. race this year and it's a bummer that info isn't as easy to glean as for elites. I don't watch stick & ball sports, but I hear college is more fun to watch than pro. Maybe it could be similar with Jr. vs. Elite racing? Cool stores of the characters. I'd like some deep dives into elite privateers.

 In only four short years Ben has gone from starting to cover World Cups on his own, to one of the most talked about people in DH mountain biking, and as a result bringing more awareness to the sport than most corporations. However I think I remember watching him on u-tube back in 2016 & '17. Low budget, the guy was bumming rides and trying to find wi-fi so he could upload at night.
