We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about a career in the bicycle parts industry. 9point8 designs and manufactures bicycle components in our factory in Ancaster Ontario Canada, just outside Hamilton. But you can work from your own home, anywhere in the world! We need agents who speak Ffrench German, or Spanish. Knowledge of other languages is an asset, but not a requirement. You will be required to communicate with head office in English. This position reports directly to management, and includes various responsibilities like: - Responding to customer questions regarding trouble shooting, repair, service and warranty - Responding to potential customers’ product questions - Supporting resellers as an inside sales representative The ideal candidate must have some mechanical aptitude and be experienced in maintaining and servicing bicycles. Most importantly, the successful candidate will have the right attitude and work ethic. This position has room for advancement as the company grows.
