Nothing gets me stoked about racing mountain bikes like paying to watch mountain bike racing so I don’t have any money to go mountain bike racing. Makes perfect sense.

Constructive criticism: - Why did the organizers close the final jump for the Cat 2/3 riders as it had a “Go Around”. Let the rider make the choice just as you let them do the entire way down Stampede. The wind was only bad on Friday, you can’t use that as an excuse. You told us on BikeReg we would run the entire course with optional re-routes. I’m confused? Hope for the future: There was some sandbagging going on in the Cat 2/3 categories. There were a few guys who placed top 3 in Cat 2/3 that also would have podiumed in Cat 1 and had a respectable pro time. That definitely needs sorted.

@tempnoo1: Wow. Nothing against the seller but wouldn’t you want to know the service history of a bike just like a car fax on a car? I never thought I’d get downvoted for supporting buyers to due their homework.

I want to see receipts on fork / shock suspension and even a hub service before I buy. Zero maintenance means trouble down the road. Check the frame bearings too. If you need help figuring it all out, contact a LBS to do the once over. Just my 2 cents.

@jayacheess: I applaud you for at least you knowing where you stand and having beliefs. Most people are cowards and follow the mainstream media or get influenced. In America we have the freedom to “Agree to disagree”. Well at least that’s how it used to be.
