I like to keep the vids super clean so there is no distraction from the yoga. Check out my Instagram for more evocative and calming inspiration: @yoga15abi

Thank You...it really makes a difference in the relaxing quality of the routine, as well as in the ability to follow along. I also very much appreciate the tips along the way regarding when to inhale and exhale, as well as releasing the toes, driving in the palms, etc. etc.

Thank you @boffobob. After a while, the breathing and positioning of every part of your body will become intuitive but I find it really helps in the beginning to be reminded. Also it allows you to focus on the sensations in your body so you can get the deepest relief in the stretches.

I get a very stiff lower back when I'm riding which comes on especially after working hard downhill or riding up. The stiffness/pressure builds and builds until I can't take it anymore and have to stop and stretch out for a moment and then I'm back to normal for a while.
What can I do? It gets in the way of my progress in a big way

you need to improve your muscles on you back, do some fitness training or work out on the gym where you just train that muscles. Don´t forget to do some stretching before and after work out. It helped me! Bike riding engages lots of muscles but doesn´t "make" them. that is why so many people go to gym!

Thanks so much for the videos. I just got back from a long ride. And my low back and shoulders were shot. But I feel really good now. I need to start doing this regularly. Such a calming video. Appreciate it. @yoga15app
