Such a good interview. Whatever “it” is, Aimi has it. I don’t doubt for a second that she’ll have an amazing career in dh. PB is doing such a great job bringing the stories of the team to the masses. Great work.

Love the interview with Aimi and am so excited for more and to see how the season plays out! This podcast felt a little bit like the questions were being read off a script a bit, and sometimes moved onto a new question right away without following up, or diving deeper into something Aimi said. Again, I enjoyed listening to it, but I think there were a few times that I was hoping the conversation would kind of flow a little more naturally, maybe a few back and forths about one topic, vs question, answer, question, answer. Anyways, love the pods! Keep it coming!

You describe exactly my thoughts about this episode. It had valuable information and it was interesting to hear, but it was not a flowing conversation. Still happy you got her on the podcast and looking forward to the next time Aimi is on.

So great to have another moderator for the podcast! I was growing a bit tired of Henry's self-centric style and weird ideas.

A fun way to put it but I essentially agree. The pod shouldn’t just be one person the whole time. Since coming on to fill in I’ve always encouraged my colleagues to get stuck in because I like listening to their thoughts, if nothing else. Other people will be doing more pods in the future - which is great, and I am really excited to see how it develops.

@henryquinney: Actually this particular pod would benefit from a more talkative moderator, cause Aimi seems to be a little shy or just not that comfortable with talking sh*t for millions of people to be heard, which is quite understandable.

If I could ride with any of the mods it would be Henry for sure. He would drive me mad, insane, but I wouldn't show it and I would listen to his endless ramblings, by the end of the day I would have wound him up so much with my utter sh!+ banter he would be dying to ride with chrsei for a break! Haha

If you think Henry is bad, try the guy who would race the trek but dropped the chain twice, and talks so much mince in the vital review
