@2:42 I do believe we're witnessing history here, first known instance of someone asking the cameraman if they're ok before they can ask if the rider is ok
Those things are super fun. We used to be able to ride them at Keystone. Unfortunately, a few jerks ruined it for eveybody by being total idiots and I sincerely apologize.
Give him credit for the fake out. Looked like it was gonna be the typical low speed nose dive. But he pulled just enough speed at the last second . . . only to miss the landing.
I understand having a laugh at the small misfortunes or even at bigger crashes, but only after finding out everything is ok.
When people just laugh hysterically and continue filming, it's time to reconsider your riding partners.
I think people's first reactions are the actually the ones that don't matter. It's not like they can do anything to help right away, even if they are injured; if someone gets hurt, it's the process of getting them off the trails for medical attention that matters. That's when you need support from level-headed riding partners. People react weird under stress anyways and everyone is different.
Anyways, the cameraman is supposed to keep filming! That's the point! If I crash and the cameraman doesn't get the clip, I'm going to be even more pissed than if I had landed something sick and they didn't get the clip. Gnarly crashes don't happen every session, and if they don't drop a Friday Fails of my life at my funeral someone is getting haunted.
@ReformedRoadie: dont worry about this troll. he changed his username to avoid being called out for his BS. he needs help so let's try to be nice to him.
*lands heavy on front wheel off drop*
*front wheel into a tree at full speed*
"i wonder why my fork is making this creaking noise?"
*Note: I tried four times to spell that on my own and finally had to use spell check.
Rider that wears flats: "That's not really how any of this works."
