The rocky section is in Phoenix on The National Trail, that section is called the waterfall (a rarity in AZ). I believe the other section with the cactus is Hawes, but I'm not sure.
I thought the same thing, the guy was still sliding on his face when he was asked if he was ok. We need some crashing etiquette lessons. What is the proper amount of time to wait before you ask " are you ok?"
This is why skills are important if you're going to ride legit black diamond trails. Lots of folks ride someplace like Arkansas, think they can throw down, then try to ride hard trails in Moab or GJ and get schooled.
Actually, if you send it you don’t need the gym. If you think you’re gonna hit the gym and work into sending it by getting stronger that way, it’s too late.. sending it is not for you
Got nervous with that desert crash. All I was thinking was “Don’t hit the cactus. Don’t hit the cactus”. Haha. I’ve had to pull needles out of my arms a couple of times. Not a fan.
The rider at .50 throwing his hands in the air wasn't enough to save him, if the would have also closed his eyes and screamed I think he would have pulled through.
It's Ejection Seat Friday apparently. Every taste and type of OTB is present. 0:49 really needs a digitally enhanced slomo close up. Great sequence of movements there.
New feature requests...
1. Documented proof that all riders are ok. Some of these did not look good.
2. Portrait mode video only allowed for final clip where it fits perfectly with BoobTubes next up videos.
I made fails-cracked a rib. Buddy made fails of the year last year, cracked a vertabra. We're both "OK" now, but did get hurt. If you don't want to see that, don't watch fails.
Also where in AZ (i assume was the clip at 0:36 filmed?
