The kid going down the slide on his bike is destined for great things.

I already know who the new iPhone 14 with Emergency SOS is intended for

Since there is never any follow up on how bad these actually are: 0:50.

"Damage report is 8 broken vertebrae, 4 broken ribs, I punctured both lungs, and minorly damaged my spleen! Somehow my collarbone and the rest of my extremity’s ended up fine. I’ll be back on the bike in 6-9 weeks. The nurses are calling me deadpool the way my healing process is progressing! Already walking around the hospital with the help of a walker. So thankful and lucky that I didn’t end up paralyzed or worse, and blessed to have amazing friends who stayed with me the whole time until EMS arrived."

These are BAD crashes. Potentially life altering.

0:19 can be lucky if his spine is still intact
and the first one is pretty much at least a collarbone

This video is really "hardcore" compared to most FF

wow wouldn't not have guessed on my first watch....but on second watch realized he did land directly on his back at an awkward angle. Doesn't take much with that kind of impact.

Planting trees in landings is taking trail sabotage to a whole new level.

Alright I usually don't like seeing kids in here, but that play stucture strider loopout is pretty cute. Possibly adorbs.

What were they hoping to grow by planting all those faces?

Brutal.

That crash at 0:24 was horrendous! Flexing the spine like that, no wonder he screamed in pain. Hope he is ok.

The one right right afterwards wasn't pretty either - looked like he got speared in the gut by his handlebar?
Also the guy who tangled with a tree at 2.50 was always going to come off second best - my rule is never take on anything bigger than a sapling

Collar bone edition? Mostly pretty nasty crashes I don't like watching.

I counted at least 5 "yeah that dude's collar bone is dust," esp the very first vid...Dude at 1:40 prob broke some vertebrae

Looked like some fractured vertebra on this go-round.

This week's Friday Fails is brought to you by your less skilled friends who follow you down stuff that's above their pay grade. And the heroes who document the ensuing carnage!!

0:30 is the North Shore line at Winterberg. Where a few weeks back I stood for a while contemplating if I would take the left hand line or chicken out and do the simple one on the right. I was pretty convinced I could do it without problems but something did not feel right. Seeing this, I don't regret the chicken line.

I am Basil, and here are my balls.

Looks like mostly nose-heavy crashes with a high number of incredibly hard hits. If even the guy who seemed to roll a bit with it getting 8 broken vertebrae, and 4 ribs, and 2 punctured lungs, I'm a-skeered to know what the really hard hits did to them!

I saw a guy in that video grab his head to make sure it was still attached when he wrapped it around a tree!

I love the guy at :34 who takes the B line and still eats shit.

I was thinking the same thing! I was like "how you gonna go around the feature and still crash?!"

Friday Fails....it was bound to happen.

I counted at least 6 collarbones and probably a few ribs and spinal injuries. Brutal week.

Hope he was wearing his hoodie upside down when showing his balls.

Sounded like he said "ball" to me. Couple thoughts: 1) his friend knows too much about him and b) when you got one left, it is time to take it a little easier.

Ok so there is a train of like 3 people. Why does it always seem like it is the last person that goes OTB?
  • 2 0
Trains always go fastest rider to slowest, skilled to less-skilled.

If the first one crashes, camera stays with him while the others bail. Unless they run into him

 Bradshaw’s wreck looked brutal!

i watch to remind me I'm immortal. As long as I keep away from the cameras, they'll never put my wrecks on FF. I can never die!!

 1:43 -- COS?

At first it looked like his stem slipped and his wheel turned sideways, but after seeing the bike at the end of the clip I'm guessing the bar slipped right out of his hand. ... Should of eaten that popcorn!

@shaun-ridefast-michael: lol I was just asking if that’s Colorado Springs (COS). Looks familiar to me Wink
