Why have the closed captions been tamed down. Add back some more adjectives to the AI engine! It was super funny last week, but much too tame this week. Also, need to build in Google Translate for all the foreign words. - how else are we expected to learn how to swear in a new language?
@scitrainer: I don't understand people who ride no pads in general. Occasionally I'll omit arm pads for xc, but even then so many minor falls could have ended rides without pads.
@4thflowkage: I started mountain biking in the early 90’s helmets weren’t even common them. I didn’t start regularly wearing a helmet till 2005. I got knee pads two years ago after a handful of crashes where I cut my knees badly. Most of my friends my age (mid-40s) don’t wear any pads and all of them have been riding since the early 90s.
This week shouldn’t be called Friday Fails but instead Life Altering Friday. I wouldn’t be surprised if some of these people never touch MTB again.
With the saturation of the MTB market I can only expect there to be a stead influx of new cyclists debuting their careers here. The learning curve is rather shallow so PB will be able to entertain us for year to come.
Since there is a steady stream, I ask the aspiring videographers to hold that shot all the way through, let’s be honest, you ain’t gonna be able to save them, keep filming…
cant get enough of watching people with $5k plus bikes destroy them and themselves. I thought more expensive bikes made better riders. "come on dad I NEEEED that bike so I can do jumps!"
Well that's not a good meter though. I messed myself up pretty bad a couple times, an I'm no spring chicken. Both times I was riding bikes that were north of 7k new. way before the price fuckery we see now.
I think the more experienced the rider the harder the crash and more sever the collateral damage
I watched the Remy POV compilation right before this...these are the people who watch what he does and think they can do the same without the associated skill level.
They did! really nice customer service from Devinci.
I don't blame the bike at all, I would be curious to see what happen to any bike going right into a log. No bike was ever designed for that.
The lower leg on my boxxer bent too, plus my front rim cracked. It was a pretty bad impact, I'm so glad I didn't injured myself.
pretty funny!
I was so excited while I was watching this sitting on the can this morning that I couldn’t even type a complete sentence.
Dude! Dude? Duuuude... and then, from the guy who but slammed the rock he was trying to pop off of, That huuurt...
lol
