We now have to pay for regular type and non-paying subscribers must use italics.

Pinkbike platform is getting wobbly. Hard to believe they are hand-coding the site after all these years.

I thought everyone was just really trying to emphasize what they're saying???

@suspended-flesh: It could've been comic sans. I think we can all handle some italics.

The guy at :45 riding past the crashed human obstacle: "thanks for removing yourself from my fun"

Love how the dude @ :44 watches his buddy crash, bike way off the side of the trail and just keeps riding - &$ck you buddy, you're on your own....

That Strava PR isn't going to wait for his buddy, lol

 Roadies behaviour.

@pinkknip: things are just different these days - 15+ years ago if you are stopped on the side of the trail you'd get a "you got everything you need" to where we are now....I had a flat a couple months back and got passed by 10 riders without a WORD, I had everything I need, but back in the day that would be multiple "you good" and probably somebody to stop to chit chat....

@RadBartTaylor: Meh, around here everyone checks in with someone that looks like they are staring down a mechanical, willing it back into service.
But in true Canadian way we will decline any help even though it would make our lives easier lol

Not sure what's going on at 2:40, but it looks rowdy.

certainly seems like he didn't know trail dropped off a cliff....through cameraman was certainly waiting for that, sinister.

Haha, you could say that again. I was beginning to wonder is this was Friday Fails or a snuff film.

It feels like an epic mission gone wrong. Sunlight fading, trail lost, body in bad shape (by the sounds of it).
  • 3 0
the eerie cries from the jungle, before we see the rider, were haunting
  • 3 0
It looks like where they shot Fiirst Blood

The front wheel snapping off right off the bat had me hooked. Like a Mission Impossible intro Big Grin
  • 9 0
@j-p-i : More than the front wheel, the frame snapped clean throughout the HT...That one also featured a 3 Stooges type pileup. That's always a fave of mine!

I've had this happen. Got a lot of dirt in my mouth but otherwise escaped without injury. The bike...not so much.

Great fail for sure but the attentive pinker will know that that clip's been featured in at least 3 FFs now.

Someone forgot to close the italics after the sponsor line.

<marquee> good to know you can add your own markup to a PB comment </marquee>

That one guy that landed stem to dirty dangles was thinking, "what a stupid place to build a set of testicles"
  • 2 0
 Intelligent design...

Wow. So much to comment on this week. The big dude got some serious bounce at 1:00. The dead sailor OTB at 0:35 was incredible. Almost a front flip.
  • 2 0
That one was brutal, that dude could've died
  • 9 1
Some repeats today, pinkbike you are the fail again
  • 3 0
I've seen that epic sailor in the Santa Cruz redwoods before, for sure.
  • 7 0
What's with the comment font change PB?
  • 12 0
 It's faster.
  • 6 0
@toast2266: Exactly. Italics are the Speedholes of the internette.
  • 3 0
 I feel invigorated
  • 5 0
The guy on the tiny kids bike seems like a success just for wanting to try it.
  • 6 0
E bike crashes are so satisfying

 "-Bro"

1:00. Ouch, after landing in the flat, he made a surprisingly high bounce. I would bet 2 boxes of Krispy Kreme's he separated his shoulder. Been there. Frown
  • 4 0
What was the possible "good" outcome for the line at 2:42?
  • 1 0
I think it's a drop with the clear dirt area down the bottom being the landing.
  • 3 0
2:10 - right equipment, zero commitment
3:02 - full commitment, wrong equipment
  • 1 0
Hang on, let the aspen do the job...
  • 1 0
MTB has a pretty good impact of births limitation and overpopulation control considering the amounts of damaged balls, and that's a good thing.
  • 2 0
The last one c'est bon, LOL laughed so hard. They just got creamed by a tree, how in gods name could they be ok.
  • 2 0
As a non-jumper, that last feature looked really fun.
  • 1 0
1'37 How to ... get a Friday fails : cut the road of the rider just before a jump...

  • 1 0

  • 1 0
 Getting RAD vibes from :50...

"youre hand slipped off"

"NO*#*$"

If you know you know...
  • 1 0
@ 1:02 if you're trying not to fall over as you approach a big feature, you're probably going too slow
  • 1 0
And kudos to the fellow who managed to hold on @ 2:35 - that was a huge impact on landing.
  • 1 0
2:12 gives a pretty good chuckle
  • 1 0
 Lotta dead sailors this week....
