The ones that some times just happen like sliding out or speed is to low/high for a jump are things that just happen (Oh Buddy 0:40).
The ones that make me shake my head is where someone is recording an obvious beginner rider going at a jump or drop off that have not idea they have to pull up (First Crash). They think it just all happens for you and the CRUNCH! You would think their friend recording would walk them through what they need to do beforehand.
Nothing more hilarious than watching someone try to hit a BMX shaped lip on an XC bike with full post, only to nose case the landing and DIEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
@rideitall-bmx-dh-road-unicycle: The manufacturer replaced the frame, so the guy basically got a new bike. It really wasn't a big impact, I've hit that line hundreds of times with no issue, not sure what happened tbh.
not sayin these are any less owy than the last, but least there's not any permanently bent in half folks, after the fail, as apposed to last week. I still have that shore drop off kid in my head..can't shake it..
The plane crash is a good one. I've seen folks hit that bank on the right and it stops you QUICK! Rolling into it is deceiving because it looks far like you need a lot of speed but you don't need much to get to the landing.
I like the guy who nearly saves it by riding a wheelie then drops it, then the bike slams down on top of him, pinning him to ground. Like it as in been there (minus the wheelie) You OK dude?
@sino428 as mentioned bootleg canyon. i never rode the DH stuff, just the trails and going down there at speed is just hurling your body into basketball sized sharp rocks.
It's a VOR for navigation and approach into Las Vegas and surrounding airports. The surrounding structure is so that the radar has a flat surface to bounce off of (because it's on a mountain rather than flat ground, like most VORs. Bootleg is the best!
Hey that was me. I don't know if I should be proud of it or not. And it was in Blue Mountain. I bought that bike used and didn't really check the rebound. ( which was set for a person twice as heavy as me). I learned my lesson that day. LOL!!!
@pinkbike small request - my kids absolutely love Friday Fails; watching together is a weekly ritual but sometimes the profanity is a little much. What are the chances of editing the audio to remove swearing? WOuld probably be appreciated by those who watch at work (which is once again me!)
Yeah, there were a few F-bombs from me in there (0:45). I just really felt the need to express myself at that moment. Maybe I'll bleep it before I submit the next one.
Everyone should ride mountain bikes!
Me now:
Not everyone should ride mountain bikes.

For drops you definitely don’t “pull up.” That’s a great way to break your teeth out
It's like a drivechain's equivalent to the Jaws theme tune

no, no, I'm fu#%ing not okay.
When someone so called "self preservation" techniques do quite the opposite.
@pinkbikeoriginals
Think I should print a shirt with that written on it.
thanks!
