I've seen the start time change no fewer than 4 times. Heck, right now it says on the PB homepage that it starts at 11am PST, but I saw them post on Facebook this morning saying 9am PST... It's not deleted.

My local bike shop is having a party/viewing of the live broadcast and have had to update the time twice
