We then get the chance to speak with Ben Cathro and Thibault Laly from the Pinkbike Racing Team and dive into how team riders are selected. Thibault is put In The Stand to explain the happenings of Redbull Hardline.

 Did I miss something? I was trying to work too... Thibault is gonna manage now. Does that mean Ben is gonna focus more on videos or what's happening there?

 Did Cathro say that he was aiming for Worlds selection? I guess it is in Fort William - where his best results come.

 In the Sleeper Podcast, Ben said that he isnt a very good team manager. Managing schedule, and the admin side of things. The internal structure of the team will be tweaked to use each persons strenght more. He intend on focusing more on his training and preperation this year to be on top form for the races.

 @Monkeyass: did you know, you can put your phone down while the video is playing and not look at it and do other things? Who knew?!

 @Monkeyass: youtube does not play in the background or with display off (on ios), so no, its not as easy as that.

 @freestyIAM: Podcasts will play with the screen off. When a phone locks, the screen shuts off and, gasp, kils the video playback! So, smart ass, it does not. I do not need to burn battery keeping the screen running so I can listen to a couple of people faff over bike stuff. A recording though, burns next to no battery in download, stream, or play back.

 @jmhills: your phone can't handle 20 minutes of video? I listened to this on my drive home. Had my phone charging in the car and the video playing through the speakers. Not that hard
